摘要:
在无溶剂无助催化剂条件下,研究了一系列双功能乙醇胺基离子液体催化剂(IL1~IL7) 催化CO2和环氧烷的偶联反应.该系列环境友好型催化剂具备高催化活性和高选 择性的优点.进一步研究表明,卤素离子对催化活性有着重要影响,催化活性顺序为I- >Br->Cl-,即含有I-的催化剂具有最好的 催化活性.选取IL2和IL7作为代表性催化剂,系统探讨了催化剂用量、温度、CO2 压力、时间等因素对反应的影响,筛选出最佳的反应条件为催化剂IL2:PO=1:100,120 ℃,2 MPa,4 h,Br-和催化剂IL7:PO=1:200,100 ℃,1 MPa,3 h,I-.在最佳 条件下,环状碳酸酯的产率可高达99%,且产物选择性>99%.最后,根据反应结果和文献报道 提出了双功能基团协同催化机理.
Abstract:
A series of ethanolamine ionic liquids catalysts(IL1~IL7)were studied as bifunctional catalyst to catalyze the coupling reaction of CO2 and epoxide under solvent-and cocatalyst-free conditions.The excellent catalytic activity and selectivity could be obtained.Further studies have shown that halogen ions have an important influence on the catalytic activity.The catalytic activity sequence is I->Br->Cl-,that is,the catalyst containing I- has the best catalytic activity.The effects of various parameters on the reaction,such as,catalyst loading,temperature,CO2 pressure,time and halogen ion,were systematically discussed by using IL2 and IL7 as catalysts.The optimum reaction conditions were screened as catalyst:PO=1:100,120 ℃,1 MPa,4 h,Br- and catalyst:PO=1:200,100 ℃,1 MPa,3 h,I-.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of cyclic carbonate can be as high as 99% with>99% selectivity.Finally,a synergistic mechanism was proposed.
