摘要:
由连杆和伺服电机构成的多关节机床主轴系统,在高速、超高速运转时,由于机械支承的摩擦磨损,造成关节部件发热,导致关节的动态特性变差.文章基于空气动力学原理,研究了磁悬浮球形主动关节的气隙流场与关节动、静态特性的关系,建立了气隙流场的静态压力和动态压力以及动力学参数的数学模型,并通过仿真和实验研究了磁悬浮球形主动关节气隙流场对其静态承载能力及动态特性的影响.
Abstract:
The multi-joint machine tool spindle system,which consists of connecting rod and servo motor,causes the joint parts to heat up due to the friction and wear of the mechanical support at high or ultra-high speed, resulting in deterioration of the dynamic characteristics of the joint. Based on the principle of aerodynamics,the relationship between the air flow field and the dynamic and static characteristics of the active spherical joint is studied.The static pressure and dynamic pressure of the air gap flow field and the mathematical model of the dynamic parameters are established.And the effect of the active airfoil flow field on the static bearing capacity and dynamic characteristics of the magnetic levitation spherical active joint is studied experimentally.
