摘要:
以某国产校车的车身骨架和车架为研究对象,根据国家的校车车身应力测试标准,搭建车身骨架和车架试验测试平台,在车身骨架和车架上共选取60个测试点,对其在满载弯曲和满载扭转工况下进行电测试验,从而掌握其应力分布情况,校核车身骨架和车架原始设计时的结构刚度和强度,为车身骨架不足之处的改进和优化提供试验依据.
Abstract:
Taking the frames and beams of a certain domestic school bus as the research object, an experimental platform was built according to the national test standards of school bus structure stress. 60 test points were selected in the bus frames and beams to test its stress distribution under the conditions of full load bending and torsion and to detect the stiffness and strength of the original structure design so as to provide the experimental basis for the improvement and optimization of the bus structure.
