摘要:
以等离子喷涂GH4169高温合金涂层为研究对象,主要研究了3种不同热处理工艺对GH4169高温合金涂层的显微组织的影响.结果表明:GH4169高温合金涂层在热处理前,顶部分布着大量细晶组织,中间和底部则存在等轴晶和柱状晶; 高温合金涂层经标准热处理后,顶部的平面晶进一步被细化,且出现了凹凸不平的黑色小点,涂层内部也发生了完全再结,涂层中部消除了部分柱状晶,且会有数目较多的沿晶界析出针状δ相; 经980STA 热处理后,涂层顶部晶粒被粗化且出现了部分等轴晶,涂层中部等轴晶增加,底部柱状晶细化且含量减少; 经直接时效热处理后涂层顶部平面细晶被粗化,中部出现柱状晶/胞状晶,底部出现柱状晶和二次晶.
Abstract:
Taking plasma GH4169 superalloy coating as the research object,the effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of three different heat treatment processes was studied.The results show that before the heat treatment,the GH4169 superalloy coating has a large number of fine grain structures at the top while equiaxed and columnar crystals are present in the middle and bottom.After the standard heat treatment,the top crystal is further refined with rugged black dots,the internal coating has recrystallized completely while the middle of it eliminates part of columnar crystal, and a large number of precipitates along the boundaries separated out acicular δ phase.After the 980STA heat treatment,the top of the coating is coarsened; the middle is formed and increased some equiaxed grains; the bottom are refined and the columnar grains content is reduced.After direct aging heat treatment, the fine crystals are roughened at the top while the columnar crystal / cell crystal is formed in the middle and the columnar and secondary crystals are at the bottom.
